On-site Registration Management
MPA provides experienced, professional managers to supervise the on-site registration staff. Our goal is to provide the best possible service to ensure that each attendee has the information they need in order to maximize their event experience.
- On-site distribution of badges, digests, CD-ROMs, promotional materials, tickets, gifts and ribbons.
- Sufficient on-site staff and equipment to ensure that attendee registration is efficient and quick.
- The registration database will display real time information for all registrants.
- Employ and supervise all personnel necessary to support “at conference” registration and room monitoring.
- Design all tickets and forms needed to support the conference, such as lunch, banquet and drink tickets, on-site registration forms and information sheets for speakers.
