MPA’s experience in contracting with hotels, convention centers and other venues gives us valuable expertise with choosing the right venue for your event.   • Research area and develop Request for Proposals
  • Locate and reserve appropriate space
  • Negotiate contracts
  • Secure fair attrition and cancellation clauses
  • Reduce liability risks to the greatest extent possible
  • Address rate increases, ADA issues
